What MLR stands for

  1. Mindset

    How we approach challenges matters. We want players who are willing to learn, work, compete, respond to adversity, and keep improving.

  2. Leadership

    Not the loudest player or the captain’s armband. Taking responsibility, setting an example, and doing the right thing when nobody has to remind you.

  3. Respect

    Respect for the people on the field and around it, and for the game itself. Sportsmanship and integrity, on and off the field. You can compete hard and still treat everyone well.

Ways to play

  • Club teams

    A roster, weekly practice in Las Cruces, and a season of games in Las Cruces and El Paso. Boys U14, Girls U12, Girls U14, and U5.

  • Private training

    1-on-1 sessions on a player’s position and skill gaps, small groups of 2 to 5 players of similar age and ability, and position-specific work for goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards.

  • Camps

    A summer camp and a winter-break camp, both in Las Cruces, built on technical work and team play. Dates are posted in News.

    Tryouts look at technical ability, decision making, attitude, and coachability. Dates are announced in News and on Instagram and Facebook; coaches follow up within a week.
